HI, I’m ollie
The person behind the camera
Where it all started.
It all started in 2012 with my YouTube channel called OrderedVlogs, an 11-year-old with a camera, no plan, and way too much spare time.
What began as silly challenges and random vlogs gradually became something more serious. I started experimenting with storytelling, learning how to frame a shot, build tension, and make people feel something. That curiosity led me to start entering short film competitions, and somewhere between the chaos of early YouTube and the discipline of competitive filmmaking, I realised this wasn't just a hobby. It was what I wanted to do with my life

CHAPTER 2
Building the craft.
University is where everything came together. Studying Film gave me the technical foundation to match the instinct I'd been developing for years and the real education happened on set, producing multiple short films and learning to lead a creative vision from script to screen.
That culminated in the launch of TimeCode Films, a collaborative business between me and my university friends, a genuine step up in professionalism and production quality that proved I could operate at a higher level. I graduated with a 2:1 and left with a degree, a body of work, and a business behind me.
Going Professional.
After graduating, I joined an events company called Six15.
A premium events business with a growing ambition to move into video content. What started as managing the videography side of their events operation quickly snowballed. I was shooting across the UK, building a catalogue of event films, social content, and client-facing material, before transitioning into longer-form corporate and brand work for some of the UK's most recognisable names.
Over time I became the sole videographer and photographer on the team, trusted to show up, deliver, and represent the standard the client expected. That responsibility took me across the UK and to eight different countries, shooting everything from internal training films to large-scale public-facing campaigns.
By 2024, the next step felt obvious. Everything I'd built pointed toward one thing. So I took the leap and launched OJHMedia as a full-time freelance operation.
CHAPTER 3
Building something of my own
Since launching OJHMedia in 2024, the momentum has been immediate. In a short space of time I've worked directly with over 20 large-scale clients, produced more than 100 videos, delivered over 30 content packages and taken the work international across three countries..
It's been the most rewarding chapter of my career so far. Every project a new challenge, every client a new collaboration, and proof that the leap was absolutely worth it.
Are you ready to be a part of the next chapter?
